Key responsibilities

  1. Preparing, reviewing and managing tender documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness and compliance with client specifications.

What we're looking for

  1. Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, Construction Management or a related field.

  2. Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in contract management or tender administration within the construction industry.

  3. Strong knowledge of contract law, procurement procedures and tender processes.

  4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in both Indonesian and English.

  5. Proficiency in contract management software and Microsoft Office applications.

  6. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.

  7. Ability to manage multiple contracts and tender projects simultaneously

  8. Experience in Handle Factory Project.
