Senior Human Resource Generalist

As part of the Human Resources, you will:

• Lead and supervise a team or sub-team within the HR function, ensuring effective task allocation, performance, and achievement of team objectives.

• Provide coaching, mentoring, and guidance to HR team members to support their professional development and performance.

• Manage and oversee day-to-day HR operations, including employee administration, onboarding, offboarding, attendance, leave management, and employee records.

• Partner with management and employees to address employee relations matters, workplace concerns, and HR-related issues.

• Handle and resolve employee grievances, disciplinary cases, conflicts, and other employee relations matters in a fair and consistent manner.

• Manage and support the recruitment and selection process, from manpower planning and candidate screening to onboarding.

• Oversee employee performance management processes, including performance reviews, performance improvement plans, and follow-up actions.

• Support compensation and benefits administration and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely payroll processes.

• Identify training and development needs and coordinate learning programs to improve employee capabilities and engagement.

• Develop, review, and implement HR policies, procedures, and initiatives aligned with business objectives.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, employment regulations, and applicable labor laws.

• Monitor HR metrics and provide regular reports and insights to management for informed decision-making.

• Drive employee engagement, organizational development, and culture-building initiatives.

• Identify opportunities to improve HR processes, systems, and workflows to increase operational efficiency.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and act as a key point of contact for HR-related matters.

• Lead or participate in strategic HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives..

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology.

• Minimum 3 years of HR experience, preferably with experience as a Senior HR Generalist, HR Supervisor, Team Lead, or Sub-Team Lead.

• Proven experience leading, supervising, or coordinating an HR team or sub-team.

• Strong knowledge of HR operations, employee relations, performance management, recruitment, and HR policies.

• Good understanding of Indonesian employment and labor regulations.

• Strong leadership, communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive employee matters with a high level of professionalism and integrity.

• Strong analytical and decision-making skills.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.

• Good command of English, both written and verbal.
