Target Clients: Local Indonesian and multinational enterprises across the full metal industrial chain, covering mining, smelting, processing, manufacturing and trading of nickel, aluminum, copper, tin and other non-ferrous metals. The role also serves supporting manufacturing enterprises and industrial investment institutions within Indonesia’s metal industry ecosystem.

You will drive multi-category metal business growth, establish long-term and stable partnerships with local enterprises, and support the sustainable development of regional business.

Key Responsibilities
1. Market Development for Multi-metal Products: Develop and expand sales businesses covering nickel, aluminum, copper, tin and other industrial metals in Indonesia. Explore high-value clients in mining, smelting, processing and trading sectors, achieve regional sales targets, and continuously improve local market share and brand influence of the company’s metal products.
2. Consultative Solution-based Sales: Act as an industrial advisor for clients across the metal industrial chain. Provide customized market analysis, real-time industrial data, price trend evaluation and risk management solutions for nickel, aluminum, copper and tin businesses, supporting clients’ decision-making in production, trade and industrial investment.
3. Untapped Market & New Client Exploration: Conduct in-depth research on Indonesia’s multi-metal market, identify untapped market potential, prospective clients and incremental business opportunities across all metal categories. Analyze industry trends and competitor dynamics to formulate targeted sales strategies and continuously expand the local client portfolio.
4. Cross-functional Collaboration & Customized Services: Cooperate with internal research and technical teams to fully leverage product advantages and industrial resources. Job Requirements

1. Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree or above. Majors in Economics, Finance, International Trade, Materials Engineering, Mining Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering and other related disciplines are preferred. Graduates from QS Top 500 universities are prioritized. Outstanding fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

2. Sales Mindset & Industrial Competency: Possess a proactive and pioneering sales mindset with passion for metal industry business. Willing to learn multi-metal industry knowledge covering nickel, aluminum, copper and tin. Capable of interpreting complex market information and delivering practical and professional business solutions for enterprise clients.

3. Language Proficiency: Fluent in written and spoken English and Mandarin for seamless communication with headquarters and global clients. Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a strong plus.

4. Cross-cultural Adaptability: Familiar with local business culture and market rules in Indonesia. Able to adapt quickly to cross-industry and multi-product sales scenarios and communicate efficiently with diverse industrial clients.

5. Professional Quality & Work Competence: Self-motivated, resilient and capable of working independently. Equipped with sharp market insight and teamwork spirit. Result-oriented and able to adapt to the fast-paced Indonesian market environment to consistently achieve multi-category sales targets.
