About the role
Midea Electronics Indonesia is seeking a talented E-commerce Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this full-time, office-based role in Central Jakarta, you will play a crucial part in driving the growth and development of our e-commerce business operations.
What you'll be doing
Support the management and optimization of e-commerce platforms (website & marketplaces) to help drive sales and improve operations
Assist in conducting market research and basic analysis to identify trends and growth opportunities
Help execute digital marketing activities (campaigns, promotions, content updates)
Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, sales, operations) to support smooth e-commerce operations
Handle basic customer inquiries and provide support to ensure a good customer experience
Monitor daily performance metrics (traffic, sales, conversion) and prepare simple reports
Stay updated with e-commerce trends and learn best practices
What we're looking for
Fresh graduate or max. 1–2 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or related field
Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms and digital marketing (marketplace, social media, ads is a plus)
Good communication skills in English (Mandarin is a plus, not mandatory)
Willingness to learn, proactive, and detail-oriented
Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Able to work in a team and collaborate with different functions
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, or related field
