Padel Court Receptionist & Café Crew
Responsibilities
Welcome and assist guests with a friendly, professional attitude.
Manage court bookings, player registrations, and front desk operations.
Organize players, groups, and padel clubs through the Courtside App and WhatsApp.
Take food and beverage orders and support Ohana Café operations.
Coordinate with the café team to ensure excellent customer service.
Support events, retail activities, and day-to-day venue operations.
Ensure guests have a fun, memorable, and seamless experience.
Requirements
Male/Female, maximum 35 years old.
Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and conversational English.
Friendly, positive, service-oriented, and enjoys interacting with people.
Organized, presentable, and comfortable multitasking.
Willing and able to perform both reception and café service duties.
Familiarity with the Courtside App is preferred.
Experience in padel clubs, hospitality, cafés, retail, or customer service is a plus.
Enjoys working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Kualifikasi
Pria/Wanita, usia maksimal 35 tahun.
Mampu berkomunikasi dalam Bahasa Indonesia dan Bahasa Inggris.
Ramah, komunikatif, positif, dan berorientasi pada pelayanan pelanggan.
Rapi, terorganisir, dan mampu bekerja secara multitugas.
Bersedia menjalankan tugas resepsionis dan pelayanan café.
Familiar dengan aplikasi Courtside menjadi nilai tambah.
Pengalaman di klub padel, hospitality, café, retail, atau customer service menjadi nilai tambah.
Nyaman bekerja di lingkungan yang dinamis dan mengutamakan kerja sama tim.
