Tanggung Jawab
Content Planning
- Menyusun ide dan konsep konten bulanan sesuai strategi marketing.
- Membuat content calendar berdasarkan target masing-masing brand.
- Melakukan riset tren, kompetitor, dan referensi konten.
Script & Creative Concept
- Menyusun script, storyline, caption, dan brief produksi.
- Menentukan konsep visual sesuai dengan brand guideline.
Content Production
- Melakukan proses pengambilan foto dan video (take content).
- Mengarahkan talent/host saat proses shooting.
- Memastikan hasil pengambilan konten sesuai brief dan standar kualitas.
Koordinasi Produksi
- Berkoordinasi dengan Graphic Designer, Video Editor, dan tim lainnya selama proses produksi.
- Memastikan seluruh kebutuhan produksi telah dipersiapkan sebelum shooting.
Client Handling
- Melakukan komunikasi dengan klien terkait konsep, revisi, dan approval konten.
- Menyampaikan progress pekerjaan secara berkala kepada klien maupun internal.
Content Review & Quality Control
- Melakukan pengecekan hasil desain, video, caption, dan copywriting sebelum dikirim ke klien.
- Memastikan seluruh konten sesuai dengan identitas brand dan bebas dari kesalahan.
Content Delivery
- Mengirim konten kepada klien sesuai timeline yang telah ditentukan.
- Memastikan seluruh file tersimpan dengan rapi di sistem penyimpanan perusahaan.
Performance Monitoring
- Melakukan monitoring performa konten berdasarkan insight media sosial.
- Membuat laporan evaluasi beserta rekomendasi pengembangan konten.
Administrative
- Membuat After Action Report setiap bulan.
- Memastikan seluruh progress pekerjaan diperbarui pada sistem/project management perusahaan.
