Job Description
Receive, inspect, and verify incoming goods.
Ensure accurate inventory recording and stock control.
Conduct regular stock counts and investigate discrepancies.
Coordinate material issuance to production.
Prepare and verify shipping documents.
Supervise loading and dispatch activities.
Maintain warehouse organization using FIFO/FEFO methods.
Ensure workplace safety and housekeeping standards are followed.
Coordinate daily activities with warehouse staff and forklift operators.
Requirements
Minimum Bachelor (S1) or equivalent
At least 4 years of experience in tank farm / warehouse / plant operations
Familiar with inventory handling and basic operational processes
Understanding of safety & health regulations (EHS) is an advantage
Able to work in a fast-paced operational environment
Good teamwork, discipline, and strong sense of responsibility
