- Domisili Palembang
-Berkolaborasi dengan Head Chef untuk merencanakan dan membuat menu baru sesuai dengan SOP Research and Development

- Memonitori dan memperhatikan kualitas Platting dan kualitas produk sesuai dengan SOP Product
- Mengelola dan mengkontrol semua bahan persediaan untuk setiap Station
- Meminimalisir Waste/BS
