Responsibilities
* Lead daily kitchen operations and assigned section.
* Ensure food quality, consistency, and presentation standards.
* Develop and improve menu items.
* Supervise kitchen staff during service.
* Maintain hygiene and food safety standards.
* Control stock usage and minimize waste.
Requirements
* D1–S1 Culinary or related field.
* 2–3 years experience as CDP in 4–5 star hotel or high-end restaurant.
* Strong leadership and menu development skills.
* Experience in pre-opening is an advantage.
* Able to work under pressure and in a team.
