Automatic Replenishment Staff
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and execute the automatic replenishment process to ensure optimal stock availability across stores.
- Monitor inventory levels and analyze sales trends to determine accurate replenishment needs.
- Prevent stockouts and overstock by adjusting replenishment parameters and stock allocation.
- Coordinate with warehouse, distribution center, merchandising team and store teams to ensure timely stock replenishment.
- Prepare and analyze replenishment reports to improve inventory performance and efficiency.
- Maintain good communication with vendors to ensure purchase orders (POs) are fulfilled and delivered on time.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business, or related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in retail, supermarket, FMCG, or inventory management (fresh graduates welcome).
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).
- Experience using SAP or other ERP systems is a plus.
- Good understanding of inventory management and replenishment processes.
- Detail-oriented with strong communication and coordination skills
