Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

  • Mengawasi proses payroll (gaji, lembur, insentif, pajak, BPJS).

  • Mengontrol administrasi data karyawan (update status, mutasi, promosi, terminasi)

  • Mengawasi pengelolaan BPJS Kesehatan & Ketenagakerjaan.

  • Melakukan evaluasi kinerja tim HR dan memberikan coaching.

Kualifikasi Kandidat:

  • Pendidikan minimal S1 (Psikologi / Manajemen / Hukum lebih diutamakan).

  • Pengalaman minimal 3–5 tahun di bidang HR, dengan pengalaman memimpin tim.

  • Menguasai payroll system & regulasi ketenagakerjaan (UU Cipta Kerja, BPJS, PPh 21).

  • Memiliki kemampuan leadership & problem solving yang baik.

  • Teliti, tegas, dan memiliki komunikasi interpersonal yang baik.

  • Mampu bekerja dengan target dan deadline.

  • Mahir menggunakan Microsoft Office (terutama Excel).

  • Berintegritas dan mampu menjaga kerahasiaan data perusahaan.

  • Memiliki pengalaman menggunakan sistem Payroll minimal 3 tahun.

  • Bersedia temporer 6 bulan
