Key responsibilities :

What we're looking for :

  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Information Technology, or a related field

  2. Minimum of 3- years of experience in digital marketing, search engine marketing (SEM), or search engine optimisation (SEO) within a fast-paced, results-driven environment

  3. Demonstrated expertise in managing digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and other programmatic advertising tools

  4. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions to optimise campaign performance

  5. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including marketing automation software, CRM systems, and analytics platforms

  6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Indonesian, with the ability to communicate complex digital concepts to diverse audiences

  7. Proven track record of successfully managing digital campaigns that resulted in increased brand awareness, lead generation, or customer acquisition

  8. Knowledge of financial services or banking industry, or demonstrable ability to quickly learn industry-specific regulations and customer behaviours
