Job description
We are seeking candidates with experience in tender administration, marketing support, and corporate document management. A General HSE Certificate is required as this position supports the sales of HSE products and the safety documentation required for the tender process.
Job Description:
- Manage HSE documents, CSMS, SOPs, P2K3, and ensure the completeness of legal documents, certifications, and company compliance for tender purposes.
- Support tender administration, vendor registration, monitoring project opportunities, and coordinating with relevant stakeholders.
- Support field inspections, equipment testing (especially in the railway and power system sectors), and monitor OHS implementation in the workplace.
- Prepare and ensure completenes of legal compliance; ISO, WLKP, LKPM and company certification documents to support tender eligibility
- Support business development activities through client meetings and communication with potential customers.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma 3/Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Engineering, Public Health, Management, Administration, or related disciplines.
- Must have a General Occupational Health and Safety Expert certificate (Ministry of Manpower) and 1–3 years of experience in administration (Sales/Marketing/Tender/Project/Customer Service).
- Experience in related industries (Oil & Gas, Construction, etc.), knowledge of CSMS & HSE equipment, and experience handling tender with CSMS & HSE related tenders.
- Good English communication skills either Speaking or Writing
- Strong administrative skills, meticulous, proficient in Microsoft Office and the ability to work under pressure. Experience with ERP/CRM systems is a plus.
