Sales B2B – Vehicle Rental (Officer / Supervisor / Assistant Manager / Manager)

About The Role

We are looking for dynamic and results-driven B2B Sales professionals to join our growing team.

This role focuses on B2B vehicle rental solutions, with responsibility for developing corporate accounts, acquiring new customers, achieving sales targets, and expanding our business presence in the corporate market.

Position & Requirements

• B2B Sales Officer – Minimum 3 years of experience

• B2B Sales Supervisor – Minimum 5 years of experience

• B2B Sales Assistant Manager – Minimum 7 years of experience

• B2B Sales Manager – Minimum 10 years of experience

Responsibilities

• Drive B2B vehicle rental sales to achieve assigned sales targets.

• Identify and acquire new corporate customers and business opportunities.

• Promote and present vehicle rental solutions to corporate clients based on their business needs.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential corporate customers.

• Manage corporate accounts and identify opportunities for contract renewal, expansion, and additional vehicle requirements.

• Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities within the corporate vehicle rental market.

• Prepare quotations, conduct presentations, negotiate commercial terms, and follow up on sales opportunities.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of customer requirements and rental contracts.

• Maintain accurate customer data and supporting documents for credit applications and contracts.

• Monitor customer payments and support timely collection.

• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and other required sales administration.

• For Managerial levels, lead and support the sales team in achieving individual and team targets.

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Marketing, Economics, Business, Communications, Accounting, Banking, or related fields.

• Minimum relevant experience:

  • Officer: 3 years

  • Supervisor: 5 years

  • Assistant Manager: 7 years

  • Manager: 10 years

• Experience in B2B Sales, Corporate Sales, Business Development, or Account Management.

• Experience in vehicle rental, automotive, transportation, mobility services, leasing, or fleet management is highly preferred.

• Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

• Strong sales and target-oriented mindset.

• Good command of English, both written and spoken.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

• Leadership and team management experience is preferred for Supervisor, Assistant Manager, and Manager positions.
