Job Description:
Responsible on the process of Bill of Lading Production
Generate Invoice for Documentation fee.
Prepare the manifest data and responsible to submit to custom before deadline.
Provide an excellent service experience to customers by responding to email and call-in proper manner.
Job requirement:
Minimum bachelor's degree, from Sea Transportation major will be advantageous.
Minimum 1 years' experience in handling the export/import documentation, manifest declaration experience is prioritized.
Good in English communication (speaking and writing).
Understand well about container shipping business.
