Job Description

  • Menyiapkan dan mengelola dokumen administrasi project, termasuk kontrak, RAB, dan laporan progress.

  • Analisa spesifikasi dan volume pekerjaan interior fit out (sipil, arsitektur, MEP, furniture)

  • Menghitung kebutuhan material, alat kerja, labor project

  • Kontrol angggaran project dan memantau pemilihan vendor, identifikasi potensi ketidaksesuaian dengan anggaran

  • Monitor dan kontrol kondisi lapangan dan kualitas hasil akir project

  • Evaluasi dan mempersiapkan addendum pekerjaan tambah kurang

  • Koordinasi dengan internal and eksternal tim (klien, konsultan, vendors)

Requirement

  • Pendidikan minimal D3 / S1 (Teknik Sipil / Teknik Arsitektur)

  • Pengalaman minimal 3 tahun (Khususnya di perusahaan konstruksi / kontraktor).

  • Memahami berbagai bidang interior termasuk konsep, praktik, dan prosedur konstruksi.

  • Dapat bekerja sama dalam tim, bertanggung jawab

  • Siap bekerja dibawah tekanan

  • Problem solving, kreatif, detailed oriented, jujur, disiplin
