Job Description:
Monitor, maintain, and ensure the stability of company IT infrastructure, servers, and operational systems.
Manage and troubleshoot Linux-based servers, applications, and network-related issues.
Perform installation, configuration, patching, and maintenance of servers and IT systems.
Handle incident management, root cause analysis, and system recovery processes.
Monitor system performance, availability, and security to minimize downtime.
Support backup, disaster recovery, and preventive maintenance activities.
Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to support IT operational needs.
Maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and operational reports.
Provide technical support and ensure timely resolution of operational issues.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in IT Operation, System Administration, Infrastructure, or related roles.
Hands-on experience with Linux Server administration and troubleshooting.
Familiar with server monitoring, networking, and infrastructure operations.
Understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, firewall, VPN, and basic network troubleshooting.
Experience with shell scripting or automation tools is a plus.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced operational environment.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Able to join immediately is preferred.
