Execution and Responsibilities :
1 Research or maket survey for new business opportunity, trend and strategy for sale growth to meet target.
2 Build and manage sales and business development teams.
3 Maintain ongoing relationships with key clients, to increase business, and help ensure a smooth working relationship between us and our clients.
4 Attending Project Bidding. Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
5 Project approach, communicate and tracking project status.
6 Understand customers'requirements to develop a plan and strategy.
7 Development and maintain the customer relationship by excellently.
8 Increasing the value of current products and customers while attracting new ones.
9 Lead and coordinate with related parties both internal and external to achieve the operation and sales target.
10 Set up and monitoring sale activities to meet or deliver target on sales budget, cost, volume and KPI's.
11 Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of sales, methods, costs, and result
12 Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support to drive performance and professional growth.
13 Prepare report,presentation and data analysis and any relevant reports/presentation as and when required.
14 Create agreement document with client.
Qualifications :
1 Thai nationality, Male , Age : 40- 50 years old.
2 Must have Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Marketing or Business Administration.
3 Basic salary is THB 70,000 and above.
4 Minimum of 5–10 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, and Marketing at the senior management level.
5 At least 5 years of proven experience in the automotive supplier industry, with a strong network with car maker and established relationships with automotive OEMs and seat manufacturers.
6 Having technical knowledge related to automotive parts , interior parts.
7 Presence , Good personality with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
8 Ability to work under pressure and able to handle additional work responsibilities.
9 Knowledge of QMS system : ISO9001 , ISO/IATF16949 and ISO14001 ,ISO45001.
10 High skill of using computer : MS office such as Excel / Powerpoint , AutoCad , Solid Work , Etc.
11 Having knowledge of Manufacturing program system : ERP , SAP , MRP , Others.
12 Must be excellence in English : writing ,reading and speaking.
13 Japanese and Chinese language ability is an added advantage (Business communication).
14 Having Driving license and ever to drive of visit customer.
