Location : Dukuh Atas, Central Jakarta.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Japanese Language or a related field.
Good command of Japanese (Minimum N3 JLPT) *Required
Proficient in English
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; experience in general affairs is a plus
Cooperative, creative, proactive, and a self-starter
Responsibilities:
Perform administrative tasks, including supporting accounting, general affairs, and human resources
Operate Microsoft Office applications efficiently
Manage office supplies, such as stationery and pantry needs
Handle delivery arrangements and document shipments
Monitor and maintain company vehicles
Oversee company deeds and other official documents
