Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree (S1, Minimum GPA 3,00) in any major, Human Resources in preferable

  • Have minimum 7 years experienced in HR field in Bank or Finance institution is preferable

  • Candidate from “HR Consultant” is preferable

  • Fluent in English, written and spoken is mandatory

  • Good knowledge & skill of Computer literacy (Ms. Word & Excel)

Personal requirement :

  • Good attitude, able to work under pressure, self motivated with pleasant personality and spirit
