KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for working with the HR Manager in order to ensure operation are running smoothly.
- Handle absence and payroll.
- Employment documents matters (evaluation, warning letters, etc.)
- Handling company legal documents.
- Monitor BPJS Kesehatan & Ketenagakerjaan compliance.
- Recruitment and Hiring.
- Budgeting for operational expenses.
- Manage company event and other related duties.
COMPETENCY:
- Bachelor's degree from a related field of study.
- Fluent in English both oral and written preferable.
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in related field.
- Understanding of company legal and recruitment process.
- Having good interpersonal and relationships skills with people at all levels.
- Experience with Talenta HRIS and Job Portal (Jobstreet, Glints, LinkedIn) preferable.
