Job Desk :

  • Menjawab pertanyaan customer mengenai produk, melayani tawar menawar customer hingga proses dealing produk melalui platform sosial media dan komunikasi online

  • Melakukan pendekatan, promosi dan menjaga kepuasan customer

  • Menginput data penjualan dan membuat laporan harian

  • Melakukan koordinasi dengan tim terkait tentang customer needs, customer behaviour, dll

  • Membangun hubungan yang baik dengan pelanggan dan meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan

  • Melakukan tugas administratif terkait layanan pelanggan

  • Memberikan umpan balik dan saran kepada manajemen untuk perbaikan layanan pelanggan

Kualifikasi :

  • Pendidikan minimal SMA atau setara (fresh graduate are welcome)

  • Memiliki pengalaman di bidang customer service deal maker lebih disukai

  • Memiliki kemampuan dalam menyelesaikan masalah

  • Fast Learner terkait pemahaman dasar tentang produk atau layanan perusahaan

  • Bersedia dengan sistem shift sampai jam 9 malam

  • Domisili diutamakan di Sewon/Bantul/Yogyakarta
