  • Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, management or related field

  • Minimum 5 years of working experience as HR Specialist (FMCG company is a plus)

  • In-depth knowledge of BPJS, payroll & tax, OSS and employee regulations

  • Able to join ASAP (immediately) 


JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Manage and supervise all core HR related areas, including employee relations, internal-external recruitment, selection process, employee engagement, compensation & benefit, and improving HR database

  • Manage the implementation of employment policies and ensure all of them are applied

  • Draft, revise, and or manage various documents or legal nature

  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, suggestions, or other issues

  • Create and manage an effective training program for employee

  • Nurture and maintain a positive working environment

  • Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
