Job Description
Assist the Sales team in daily administrative and operational tasks.
Support the preparation of sales proposals, contracts, and presentations.
Maintain and update client databases and sales reports.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth sales operations.
Conduct market and competitor research.
Assist in following up with prospective and existing clients.
Participate in sales activities, client visits, exhibitions, or promotional events when required.
Perform other tasks assigned by the Sales team.
Qualifications
Active university student (minimum 5th semester) majoring in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality, Tourism, Communications, or a related field.
Available for a minimum internship period of 3–6 months.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
Eager to learn, proactive, and detail-oriented.
