We are currently looking for Procurement Staff

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Procurement staff in the F&B industry

  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) or equivalent

  • Process General and Packaging Purchase Requests from Outlet/CK/WH into Purchase Orders for vendors

  • Communicate with vendors regarding stock availability, ordering procedures, delivery timelines, and invoicing

  • Source new vendors and maintain relationships with existing vendors

  • Negotiate pricing with vendors

  • Prepare weekly and monthly purchase reports

  • Ensure product availability and stock readiness

  • Follow instructions and directions from supervisors related to procurement duties and responsibilities
