PT TeamworX Indonesia is looking for an experienced MEP Engineer with strong expertise in Mechanical Process Plant and Industrial/Manufacturing Projects.
Job Responsibilities
Mechanical / Process Plant
Supervise and coordinate mechanical installation works for industrial and manufacturing projects.
Handle process piping, equipment installation, and utility systems.
Monitor piping fabrication, installation, alignment, and pressure testing.
Coordinate installation and testing of HVAC, compressed air, refrigeration, cooling tower, boiler, and other utility systems.
Review and interpret mechanical drawings, layouts, P&IDs, specifications, and technical documents.
Coordinate mechanical works with electrical, instrumentation, civil, and other project disciplines.
Monitor contractors/subcontractors and ensure work is executed according to project specifications, schedule, quality, and HSE requirements.
Support testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and handover activities.
Electrical & Instrumentation / MEP Coordination
Coordinate cable installation, cable tray, earthing, MCC, switchboards, lighting, transformers, and generators.
Coordinate installation of PLC, SCADA, field instruments, and control panels.
Monitor loop checking and functional testing activities.
Ensure proper coordination between mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation systems.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering.
Minimum 5 years of experience in MEP / Mechanical Engineering, with strong experience in Mechanical Process Plant.
Must have experience working on industrial or manufacturing projects, such as food & beverage, chemical, pharmaceutical, FMCG, automotive, or other process/manufacturing facilities.
Strong hands-on experience in mechanical process plant systems, particularly process piping, mechanical equipment installation, and plant utilities.
Good understanding of:
Process piping & pressure testing
Mechanical equipment installation
HVAC
Compressed air
Refrigeration
Cooling tower
Boiler
Utility systems
Able to read and understand P&ID, mechanical drawings, equipment layouts, and technical specifications.
Experience coordinating with Electrical and Instrumentation disciplines is preferred.
Familiar with PLC, SCADA, field instruments, control panels, loop checking, and functional testing is an advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Office; AutoCAD knowledge is preferred.
Strong communication, coordination, problem-solving, and project management skills.
Willing to work at project/site locations.
