We are ABRIHET and currently seeking a motivated candidate to be part of our growing operation based in Surabaya, East Java. Candidates will be filling the position of Automation Developer RPA (n8n) with details below.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design, develop, and deploy RPA bots using n8n (or equivalent tools like UI Path or Automation Anywhere).

  2. Building and maintaining a large portfolio of bots—100+ bots across 20+ diverse use cases.

  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and identify automation opportunities.

  4. Support and maintain existing bots across various LOBs.

  5. Write and maintain basic scripts in Java or Python to support automation logic.

  6. Leverage DevOps tools and processes to manage bot deployments, monitoring, and CI/CD pipelines.

  7. Ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of RPA solutions.



Qualifications & Requirements:

  1. 4/5 Years experience with n8n (preferred) or UI Path.

  2. Basic scripting skills in Java or Python.

  3. Exposure to or experience with DevOps tools and practices.

  4. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

  5. Ability to work across different business domains and manage multiple priorities.

  6. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and RPA best practices.
