The HR Generalist is responsible for providing administrative and human resource support to ensure smooth account operations. The role manages employee records, recruitment activities, compensation and benefits coordination, attendance monitoring, and inventory control to support operational efficiency and workforce requirements.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Maintain and update employee 201 files and personnel records for the assigned account.
- Manage employee movements including transfers, promotions, separations, and job assignments.
- Screen applicants and support recruitment and hiring requirements.
- Conduct employee orientation on job functions, roles, responsibilities, and company policies.
- Handle employee concerns, disciplinary actions, notices, and clearance processes.
- Coordinate compensation and benefits concerns and ensure timely employee support.
- Track and validate daily attendance records for payroll and liquidation purposes.
- Monitor logistics, distribution, and inventory of uniforms, point-of-sale materials, payslips, and operational documents.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- College graduate of Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, Marketing, or any related course.
- With experience in recruitment, employee relations, payroll support, or administrative functions is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organized and detail-oriented with good documentation skills.
- Proficient in MS Office applications, especially Excel.
- Ability to handle confidential information and manage multiple priorities.
- Can work independently and coordinate with different teams effectively.
