Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets and business goals.
- Lead, coach, monitor, and evaluate the performance of the sales team.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key accounts.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the company’s customer base.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and sales performance.
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and budget plans.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth operations.
Qualifications:
- JLPT N1 or N2 certification is required (Japanese language proficiency for business communication).
- Proven experience in sales, procurement, or production management related to electronic devices or electronic components
- Sales experience in logistics-related industries.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategic sales plans.
- Results-driven and goal-oriented.
