Qualifications
- 2-4 years work experience in UK/US/AU collections, banking operations, and training in a call center or shared services environment
- Basic understanding of training methodologies applied on virtual and F2F instructor-led classes
- Excellent communication & feedback/coaching Skills
Responsibilities
- Deliver virtual and classroom training on UK/US/AU collections and banking operations.
- Facilitate new hire, refresher, and upskilling training sessions.
- Assess trainee performance and provide coaching and feedback.
- Develop and update training materials and job aids.
- Identify learning gaps and recommend improvement plans.
- Partner with Operations and Quality to ensure training effectiveness
- Track learner progress and training completion.
- Ensure compliance with banking policies and collections procedures.
