Role Summary
Lead Service Delivery Operations for US Individual Life, driving performance, client satisfaction, and operational excellence. Own team leadership, delivery outcomes, and continuous improvement across the function.
What You’ll Do
Lead and develop high-performing Service Delivery teams
Oversee end-to-end US Individual Life operations with strong delivery discipline
Drive productivity, quality, and SLA performance
Manage workforce planning, capacity, and resource allocation
Handle client escalations and ensure timely issue resolution
Lead multiple initiatives, including transitions and process improvements
Strengthen operational controls, compliance, and business continuity readiness
Partner with stakeholders to enhance service delivery and client solutions
Build leadership pipeline through coaching and succession planning
What We’re Looking For
8–12 years in Service Delivery / Operations
5+ years in leadership roles managing teams and delivery
Experience in Life Insurance (US Individual Life preferred)
Strong operational leadership, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills
Proven ability to manage complexity and drive results
High integrity, strong work ethic, and accountability
