The Geneva Foundation for Sociocultural Animation is hiring a socio-cultural animator-trice with a 100% team leader mandate to manage the off-site social work team in Carouge, organize activities, and manage budgets and administrative aspects. The successful candidate will support the team's reflection, ensure the consistency of interventions, and implement objectives, and conduct prevention, proximity, and mediation actions with young people in social disconnection or seeking integration.
Requirements
- Proven experience in the field of social action, community work, and off-site social work
- Strong interest and demonstrated skills in working with adolescents and young adults
- Successful experience in managing a team
- Excellent financial and administrative management skills
- Solid organizational, planning, and priority management skills
- Good understanding of project management
- Ability to communicate effectively on youth-related issues and interact with various stakeholders
- Solid writing skills and familiarity with common computer tools
