Job Descriptions:
Operations, Performance & Strategy
Manage daily store operations across all branches, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company standards and SOPs.
Conduct regular branch visits to monitor performance and maintain operational consistency.
Address escalated customer complaints and resolve operational issues in a timely manner.
Identify and implement process improvements to optimize workflows and productivity.
Develop and execute initiatives to improve store performance, customer experience, and service quality.
People Management
Monitor, evaluate, and develop store team performance through coaching and guidance.
Inventory Control
Oversee inventory management and stock verification, ensuring accuracy and optimal stock levels.
Data & Reporting
Track, analyze, and report store performance and operational data to support decision-making.
Cross-functional Collaboration
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth operations and alignment with business objectives.
Job Requirements:
Must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in retail, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills.
Strong communication (English & Bahasa) and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.) and experience with ERP systems.
Willing to be placed in Bali.
