Job Description
Provide administrative support to the General Manager and Vice General Manager.
Manage emails, schedules, meetings, and documents.
Support daily operational tasks and coordination.
Assist business operational matters.
Prepare reports and maintain proper documentation.
Support communication between Indonesia - Mandarin to General Manager.
Job Qualification
Fluent in Mandarin both written and spoken (is a must) and English (will be a plus score).
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Drive, Sheets, Docs).
Good administrative skills and able to handle multiple tasks.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Professional, responsible, and able to work under pressure.
Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive.
Willing to work overtime when needed and remain contactable outside working hours.
Relevant work and life experience in supporting senior management is an advantage.
Experience in Beauty, E-commerce, or Livestreaming industry is preferred.
