Job responsibilities
With experience to handle full set of accounts independently at least 5 years.
Handle AP & AR and all bank related transactions
Overseeing the daily activities of the accounts & admin department and ensuring that all required daily & Monthly reports are completed accurately and on time
Cash flow management & projection
Financial Reports analysis and creating reports for Management, stakeholders and external parties
Coordinating with Statutory Boards & agencies, External Auditor & Tax consultant
Payroll
Reporting monthly withholding tax (issue bukti potongan), VAT in-out & issue faktur pajak
Prepare Statement of Account (SOA) to Principal
Familiar with coretax system
Job requirement
Degree in accounting / Finance or related field
Able to work independently and with experience to lead the accounts team more than 5 years
Experience in Management, Accounting, or related field may be preferred
Good communication skill (in English) is preferred.
Familiarise with good knowledge and experience in Indonesia local Audit & tax regulations and all mandatory statutory filing and reports.
With Experience in handling payroll is required.
Candidate who has experience in Handling Shipping Accounts with shipping knowledge will be added advantage.
Salary range - Commensurate with working experience and qualifications
Working hours: 8AM to 5 PM
