Qualifications:

- Relevant financial account experience should include mortgage, auto/motor financing, collections, fraud, underwriting, payouts, or related areas.
- Basic understanding of training methodologies applied on virtual and F2F instructor-led classes

Responsibilities
- Deliver virtual and classroom training on US/UK banking operations.
- Facilitate training on loan origination, motor/auto financing, mortgage, collections, fraud, and underwriting.
- Assess trainee performance and provide coaching and feedback.
- Identify learning gaps and conduct refresher training.
- Develop and update training materials and job aids.
- Ensure compliance with banking policies and procedures.
- Partner with Operations and Quality to improve training effectiveness.
- Track learner progress and training completion.
- Support onboarding, cross-training, and upskilling initiatives.
