Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries and assist with service intake and job order creation.
Maintain accurate service records, invoices, and warranty documents.
Support coordination between service technicians and customers for repair updates.
Monitor spare parts orders, inventory status, and delivery schedules.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly service reports.
Manage filing systems, data entry, and correspondence (email, phone, WhatsApp).
Assist with billing, payment follow-ups, and petty cash documentation.
Ensure smooth front-office operations and maintain a professional work environment.
Job Qualifications:
Education & Experience:
Minimum SMA, SMK, or Diploma.
At least 1–2 years of experience in an administrative or clerical role (fresh graduates may be considered).
Skills & Competencies:
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work with minimal supervision.
Good time management and ability to meet deadlines.
Honest, disciplined, and able to maintain confidentiality.
Team player with a positive attitude and initiative.
Can type with 10 fingers.
