Job Summary:
The Marketing Associate – Digital is a multifaceted role designed to support the execution, monitoring, and optimization of our digital footprint. You will serve as a key coordinator between internal creative teams and external partners to ensure seamless campaign delivery across social media, email, and e-commerce platforms.
Job Responsibilities:
Digital Campaign Execution & Advertising Support
- Assist in the end-to-end planning and implementation of digital marketing campaigns.
- Support the setup and monitoring of online advertisements.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely execution.
Social Media & Content Management
- Manage daily posting and scheduling of content across all social platforms.
- Engage with the community by responding to comments and messages to build brand loyalty.
- Coordinate with graphic designers and creators to ensure all assets align with brand guidelines.
Email Marketing & Newsletters
- Create, manage, and schedule email newsletters for various marketing campaigns.
- Maintain and update subscriber lists while monitoring email performance metrics (Open rates, CTR, etc.).
Website & E-commerce Support
- Update website content, product listings, and promotional banners.
- Coordinate with e-commerce platforms for campaign activations and product launches.
Reporting, Analysis & Trend Monitoring
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as engagement, impressions, clicks, and conversions.
- Prepare weekly/monthly digital performance reports with actionable insights.
- Conduct competitor and industry research to identify new opportunities for growth.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or a similar junior marketing role.
- Experience with social media scheduling tools and basic knowledge of ad platforms (Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads).
