Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting (mandatory).
Have 5 years of experience in Finance & Accounting; candidates with 3+ years of relevant experience may be considered, depending on their skills and experience.
Proven hands-on experience in Cash Flow Management, Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), General Ledger (GL), and month-end/year-end closing.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and experienced in using ERP/accounting systems, preferably Odoo.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prepare financial reports, support audits, and coordinate finance operations accurately and efficiently.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
High level of accuracy, integrity, and attention to detail.
Previous experience in supervising or coordinating a finance team is an advantage.
