Responsibilities:
Deliver specialized care and support to passengers requiring additional assistance, including individuals with disabilities, elderly travelers, and unaccompanied minors.
Provide excellent service at check-in counters, boarding gates, and lost-and-found areas to ensure smooth and efficient passenger handling.
Assist passengers with check-in procedures, ticket verification, baggage processing, and travel documentation while addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Coordinate boarding activities, including passenger announcements, document checks, and gate management to ensure on-time departures and compliance with airline procedures.
Handle lost and found cases by receiving, documenting, tracking, and facilitating the recovery of misplaced baggage and personal items while maintaining accurate records.
Maintain comprehensive knowledge of airline policies, procedures, and safety regulations to provide accurate information, ensure compliance, and instill confidence in passengers.
Qualifications:
Minimum high school graduate (SMA / SMK / equivalent)
Proficient in foreign languages such as English, Mandarin, Korean, Japanese, French, German, Arabic, etc.
Well-groomed, professional, and presentable
Relevant experience in Hospitality would be advantageous
Physically and mentally fit, supported by a valid medical certificate
Willing to work in a shifting system at Soekarno-Hatta International Airport
