We are seeking an experienced IT professional to lead infrastructure management and drive digital transformation. This role combines hands?on expertise in IT operations with leadership in software development and AI?driven innovation.

Kualifikasi:

  • Pendidikan minimal D3/S1 Teknik Informatika / Sistem Informasi atau bidang terkait.

  • Pengalaman 2–3 tahun di bidang IT infrastruktur dan support.

  • Menguasai jaringan, CCTV, audio-visual system, serta troubleshooting hardware/software.

  • Familiar dengan aplikasi internal, POS, dan basic software development lebih disukai.


Tanggung Jawab:

  • Menangani operasional IT harian (support kantor, FH, residence).

  • Mengelola infrastruktur IT: jaringan, server, CCTV, sound system, electrical function hall.

  • Memberikan dukungan teknis untuk perangkat kerja, aplikasi, dan sistem internal.

  • Koordinasi dengan vendor untuk instalasi/perbaikan fasilitas teknologi.

  • Membantu proyek digitalisasi di bawah arahan IT Supervisor / Digital Transformation Lead.
