Main Responsibilities:
Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Administer HRIS and ensure employee data is up to date.
Handle attendance, leave, and payroll administration.
Manage employee benefits, including BPJS and health insurance.
Prepare employment contracts, letters, and other HR documents.
Assist in performance review and probation evaluation processes.
Support employee relations and respond to HR-related inquiries.
Coordinate employee engagement activities and company events.
Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR role.
Strong knowledge of Indonesian Labor Law and HR best practices.
Experience in handling employee administration, compensation & benefits, and employee relations.
Familiarity with HRIS and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Able to handle multiple tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in English, both written and spoken, is a must.
