We are currently looking for a qualified and competent Master Data Officer to support our client business in FMCG business.
Location: Cibitung
Industry: FMCG Manufacturing & Distribution
Contract: 12 months (extendable based on performance & business needs)
Requirements:
2-3 years of relevant working experience
Microsoft Excel savvy, with strong data processing skills; preferable candidates with knowledge in Vlookup, Pivot Table, and/or Power Query.
Detail-oriented with high accuracy and integrity in handling data.
Good analytical & problem-solving skills.
Proficient in English (spoken & written) is required.
Responsibilities
Create, update, and maintain master data (customer, vendor, finance, material, etc.)
Ensure data quality (accuracy, completeness, consistency) according to company standards
Perform data validation before system input
Coordinate with users/requestors regarding master data requirements
Execute data cleansing and data deduplication process
Document data changes and processes in accordance with procedures
Support internal audit and compliance requirements
Prepare periodic reports related to master data activities
