Job Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions focused on sales and retention
- Promote products and services while identifying customer needs
- Retain existing customers by providing effective solutions and offers
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales and retention targets
- Maintain excellent customer experience and professional communication
- Accurately document customer interactions and transactions
Qualifications
- At least High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) or K-12 Graduate
- Minimum 6 months strong sales experience in a BPO setting
- Applicants with strong non-BPO sales background (e.g., real estate, direct sales) are welcome
- Must have proven sales performance and closing skills
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Willing to work in a shifting schedule
- Amenable to onsite setup or temporary work-from-home (depending on operations)
