Kualifikasi yang Dibutuhkan:

Pendidikan minimal S1 Pemasaran, Ilmu Komunikasi, Statistik, atau Sistem Informasi.
Pengalaman minimal 2-4 tahun di bidang CRM atau Lifecycle Sales, lebih disukai dari industri retail fashion atau e-commerce.
Memiliki sertifikasi CRM menjadi nilai tambah di industri fashion atau e-commerce.
Mahir menggunakan platform CRM/Automation (seperti Qontak, Qiscus, Odoo).
Mampu mengolah data menggunakan Excel (Advanced) atau tools visualisasi data seperti Tableau/Looker untuk melihat tren perilaku belanja.
Familiar terhadap platform omnichannel, seperti SleekFlow (Email, WhatsApp, Push Notification, dan SMS).
Memiliki minat dan pemahaman tentang tren fashion serta perilaku konsumen retail.
Mampu mengubah angka-angka rumit menjadi strategi pemasaran yang kreatif.
Memiliki kemampuan analisa data yang kuat (customer behavior, repeat rate, LTV, churn rate).
