Jobdesc :

  • Mendesain konten visual untuk media sosial untuk brand Lesssalt & Mamanaya (Instagram & TikTok )
  • Membuat materi promosi seperti banner, poster, e-commerce assets, marketplace banner, hingga digital ads.
  • Mendesain kebutuhan branding dan marketing untuk campaign, promo, launching produk, serta event.
  • Mengembangkan desain kemasan (packaging), label, dan materi pendukung produk sesuai guideline brand.
  • Berkolaborasi dengan tim Marketing, Social Media, dan Product Development untuk menghasilkan konten yang menarik dan efektif.
  • Mengedit foto dan video sederhana untuk kebutuhan digital marketing.
  • Menjaga konsistensi identitas visual kedua brand di seluruh channel komunikasi.
  • Mengikuti tren desain, konten, dan industri F&B/FMCG agar output selalu relevan dan fresh.


Kualifikasi :

  • Minimal D3/S1 Desain Komunikasi Visual, Desain Grafis, atau bidang terkait.
  • Pengalaman minimal 1–2 tahun sebagai Graphic Designer (pengalaman di F&B, FMCG, atau agency menjadi nilai tambah).
  • Mahir menggunakan Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) dan/atau Figma.
  • Memiliki kemampuan dasar motion graphics atau video editing (After Effects, Premiere Pro, CapCut) menjadi nilai plus.
  • Memiliki portofolio yang menunjukkan kemampuan branding, social media, dan marketing design.
  • Memahami prinsip layout, tipografi, warna, dan visual storytelling.
  • Mampu bekerja dengan deadline yang cepat tanpa mengorbankan kualitas desain.
  • Kreatif, detail-oriented, memiliki taste visual yang baik, dan mampu menerima feedback dengan positif.
