Job Description

• Mengontrol Proses Produksi pengolahan daging ayam

• Memastikan penerapan SOP dan standar di lapangan

• Berkoordinasi dengan departemen lain untuk meminimalisir ketidaksesuaian dan Customer Complaint

• Membuat laporan QC

• Melakukan analisa dan menelusuri ketidaksesuaian

• Menyiapkan sampel uji lab


Requirements

• Pendidikan S1 Jurusan Dokter Hewan (Diutamakan)

• Memahami industri pengunggasan/RPH – Unggas

• Pengetahuan tentang 5R, GMP, Sistem Manajemen Halal, HACCP, dan keamanan Pangan

• Kemampuan analisa yang baik

• Bersedia di tempatkan di Grobogan
