We’re Hiring! – Operation Support
? Location: Jakarta
We’re looking for a detail-oriented & tech-savvy Operation Support to handle all data, document processing, and field operations.
You’ll be great at this role if you:
? Master Google Sheets functions: IF, IFERROR, H/VLOOKUP, IMPORTRANGE, INDEX MATCH, ARRAYFORMULA, etc.
? Can work with Google Docs, Slides & Data Studio
? Have adequate knowledge of automotive general insurance & custodian services
? Are accurate, responsible, and a fast learner
? Can work independently & in a team
? Have good communication skills
? Willing to travel for operational needs
Your role will include:
? Data processing, reconciliation, and matching
? Supporting field operations (unit handover, document delivery, insurance, etc.)
? Accurate and error-free data entry
