Int Labs is looking for a Junior Program Manager based in Jakarta to support end-to-end delivery of client programs, coordinate project operations, and assist in learning content development.

Role Summary

You will support the delivery of consulting-style learning projects (online, offline, hybrid), ensuring projects stay on track, deliverables meet quality standards, and operations run smoothly. You will work closely with internal teams (PMO Lead, project manager, facilitators, ops).

Job Description

1) PMO & Project Coordination

  • Support end-to-end planning and execution of workshop/training projects (online, offline, hybrid)

  • Maintain project plans, timelines, task trackers, and status dashboards across multiple concurrent projects

  • Coordinate facilitators, speakers, translators, vendors, venue/logistics, materials production, and tech setup

  • Support delivery readiness: run-throughs, rehearsals, participant communications, and contingency preparation

  • Manage participant data and forms (registration, assessment, feedback) and compile post-project reporting

2) Quality Control & Documentation

  • Perform QC on deliverables (decks, guides, case studies, collaterals) before they reach clients—checking consistency, accuracy, and version control

  • Maintain organised project documentation, file structures, and knowledge assets

  • Track action items, capture meeting notes, and keep project communication cadence on rhythm

3) Learning Content Development

  • Assist in developing slides, participant guides, facilitation notes, and activity designs under the direction of the PMO Lead/Program Managers

  • Conduct supporting research on client industries, benchmark materials, and learning trends

  • Help translate client context into practical learning components (cases, simulations, exercises), ensuring clarity and alignment with project objectives

4) Delivery & Facilitation Support

  • Support the team during live delivery (classroom or online)—managing materials, activity setup, and participant logistics

  • Assist facilitators with run-of-show execution and on-the-day troubleshooting (facilitation or co-facilitation interest is a plus)

Requirements

To be successful in this role, we are looking for candidates with the following experience and skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management , Education, Communications, or related fields

  • 2-3 years of experience in consulting, corporate training, L&D, project coordination, or program operations (strong fresh graduates with relevant internships will be considered)

  • Some experience in instructional design, learning content development, or training material development is preferred

  • Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail—able to manage multiple workstreams in parallel without losing track. 

  • Some experience in building and improving processes, SOPs, checklists, templates, and project workflows is preferred.

  • Strong command of English and Bahasa Indonesia (professional writing and speaking in both)

  • Proficient in productivity tools (Excel/Sheets, PowerPoint/Slides, Word/Docs)

  • Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with multiple concurrent projects and shifting priorities

Nice-to-Have

  • Exposure to learning experience design, instructional design, simulations, or experiential workshops

  • Hands-on facilitation experience (as facilitator or co-facilitator)

  • Familiarity with project management tools (Notion, Asana, Trello, or similar)

  • Fluency with generative AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT) for research, drafting, and QC—at Int Labs this is a standard way of working, not an add-on

  • Interest or experience in innovation programmes: ideation, design thinking, hackathons, or corporate innovation

  • Experience working with regional/global clients
