Job Descriptions :
Manage HR document administration (letters, reports, etc.)
Assist in managing important company documents
Arrange meeting schedules, appointments, and daily agendas
Handle internal & external communication on behalf of the HR Manager
Assist in preparing reports & presentations
Coordinate across departments
Carry out ad-hoc tasks assigned by the HR Manager
Qualifications :
Minimum bachelor’s degree in administration, management, or a related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in HR Administration / Executive Secretary / Personal Assistant roles
Able to multitask & manage various stakeholders
Well-organized, detail-oriented, and highly initiative-driven
Good communication skills (spoken & written)
Experience supporting manager/director level executives
Ability to communicate in Mandarin is preferred but not mandatory.
